Now, you make think those hats are silly, or, as I thought, that this man is a guide of some sort wearing a funny hat to be conspicuous. Nothing of the sort. Just a dude in need of some shade, so he picked up a fun hat at the souvenir shop. Or brought it from home. Whichever.
