Catedral - Plaza de Bolivar

Facing the Cathedral is the Plaza de Bolivar , if I'm not mistaken, the only unpaved plaza in the Ciudad Amurallada.

The clouds in the background may look ominous, and I'm sure they did indeed bring a nice downpour, but it's a Caribbean downpour - it rains for an hour or so and then the clouds move on and the day is beautiful again.
