La Cordillera 1996

En noviembre nos tocó cruzar la frontera para Argentina, para volver a entrar a Chile y así renovar las visas. Subimos hasta Santiago, y de ahí tomamos otro bus para Mendoza, pasando por Los Andes (el pueblo y la cordillera). Pasamos un fin de semana en Mendoza y me pareció súper simpático. Esos argentinos sí que son distintos a los chilenos (o sea, ¡no es que los chilenos no sean simpáticos!). Las fotos de ese paseo se encuentran aparte, pero aquí están un par de imágenes que capturó Marion. Fue en ese viaje, volviendo a Conce que la cámara se me quedó en el bus.

In November we had to cross the border into Argentina, to then re-enter Chile in order to renew our visas. We went up to Santiago and caught another bus to Mendoza, passing through Los Andes (the town and the mountain range). We spent a weekend in Mendoza which was really cool. Argentines are definitely different from Chileans. The pictures from that trip are not here, but here are a couple shots that Marion got. It was on that trip that my camera fell out of my bag and got left on the bus.
