Comb-Over Kewpie

I have never seen a more messed-up doll in my life. This is on the side of a video game in Nagoya. On the other side is a picture of a female kewpie doll in black strappy lingerie (if you can call it that). I didn't really inspect it too closely, but on a quick glance at the control panel it appeared to be some sort of... S&M? I don't know, some sort of middle-aged-salaryman-gets-taken-care-of game. Yikes. Right across from the cutesy photo booths and the claw-grabbing-the-dolls games.

If anyone knows this game, please explain!
