As the temperatures have been dropping, the mountains are becoming whiter and whiter. Yesterday's late-afternoon view of Ena-san was gorgeous. I even almost had an accident on the way home when the Alps suddenly came into view while I was on top of a hill. All radiant and pink in the evening light. I love where I live.
